Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@balanceblades.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@balanceblades.com and send your item to: 27 Chimney Hill Way, Port Perry, Ontario, CA, L9L 2E4.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If a free shipping item is returned, the original shipping charge paid by Balance Blades will be deducted from the refund.

Balance Blades is not responsible for any delayed or late deliveries by the shipping companies. 
It is Balance Blades responsibility to ensure packages are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days.
Balance Blades are shipped with FedEx.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product, Balance Blades Inc. offers to the original buyer exclusively a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for ninety (90) days from the original retail purchase date. We will provide a warranty replacement for products if:

1. The product was purchased at an authorized Balance Blades retailer and a proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt is submitted;

2. There is no evidence that the product has been abused, altered, defaced, misused or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer.

3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For the quickest and most efficient service, please send an email to customerservice@balanceblades.com in order to claim your warranty. Please send the following information:

1. Your full name

2. Home address/City/Country/State or Province/ZIP or Postal Code (No P.O. Box)

3. Daytime phone

4. Email address

5. Date of purchase

6. Name and address of the authorized dealer where the product was purchased

7. Short description how the breakage occurred

8. A picture/scan of the receipt

9. A picture of the skate in its entirety

10. A close-up of the break/defect

Please note that any skates that have been abused, tampered with, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer will be excluded from this warranty.

Upon receipt of the information requested Balance Blades will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect. Do not destroy or get rid of the defective product before Balance Blades advises you to do so. Balance Blades reserves the right to substitute the defective product with a similar product if the defective product is discontinued or not available at the time of the warranty claim. Expect 10 business days to receive the replacement product which will be sent to the address provided at Balance Blades's expense.

All warranties implied by State and Provincial Law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of the limited warranty set forth above. In addition, this warranty excludes Balance Blades of being liable for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of Balance Blades products. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary regionally or nationally. Some regions do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. No agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
