Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
Balance Blades Inc. does not exchange, return or refund skates if wrong size selected.
To be eligible for a return, your regular priced item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not authorize returning skates if wrong size selected, please be sure choose correct size.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange skates if wrong size selected, please be sure choose correct size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, customs import duties and re-stocking fee for returning your item.
Approximate return costs from USA to Canada: shipping $40 USD, customs import duties $35 USD and re-stocking fee $10 USD.
These costs are non-refundable.
If a free shipping item is returned, the original shipping charge paid by Balance Blades Inc will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable.
To return your product, contact us by email and we will provide you our company mailing address.
We do not authorize skate refunds if wrong size selected, please be sure choose correct size.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product, Balance Blades Inc. offers to the original buyer exclusively a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for ninety (30) days from the original retail purchase date.
We will not provide a warranty replacement for products if:
There is evidence that the product has been abused, altered, defaced, misused or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase. For the quickest and most efficient service, please send an email to email@example.com in order to claim your warranty. Please send the following information:

- Short description how the breakage occurred
- A picture/scan of the receipt
- A picture of the skate in its entirety
- A close-up of the break/defect
Please note that any skates that have been abused, tampered with, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer will be excluded from this warranty.
Upon receipt of the information requested Balance Blades will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Do not destroy or get rid of the defective product before Balance Blades advises you to do so.
Balance Blades reserves the right to substitute the defective product with a similar product if the defective product is discontinued or not available at the time of the warranty claim.
Expect at least 10 business days to receive the replacement product which will be sent to the address provided at Balance Blades Inc expense.
All warranties implied by State and Provincial Law, including implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of the limited warranty set forth above.
In addition, this warranty excludes Balance Blades of being liable for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of Balance Blades products.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary regionally or nationally.
Some regions do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
No agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
