Returns/Exchanges

Final sale on all products, no returns or exchanges.

Wrong Size:

We do not authorize skate refunds if the wrong size is selected, please be sure to choose the correct size. If unsure visit a retailer to have your child try them on. 

Purchases Elsewhere:

We do not distribute to any store that sells Balance Blades as they have their own manufacturer and the product is licensed by Winnwell Hockey, therefore if you purchased elsewhere, you will have to go back to the store or website you purchased from. Customer Service at Balance Blades does not accept skate returns that were purchased from an alternative store. 

Damaged or Defective:

The parts on the skates are not replaceable. If damaged or defective, the skates would have to be returned and replaced if new, unused and qualifies under the warranty/return policy for each individual store. As stated above, we do not distribute to any company that sells Balance Blades as they have their own manufacturer and the product is licensed by Winnwell Hockey, therefore you would have to check with them regarding their return and replacement policy.

Shipping:

These costs are non-refundable as they are charged by the shipping company.
